Downloads and Flashing to MicroSD
- Download EmuElec Download
- Download Balena Etcher Download
- Run Balena Etcher
- Burn EmuElec image to microSD card
- Open the readable partition on the microSD card
- Delete or rename dtb.img to dtb.img.off
- Open the device_trees directory and locate the .dtb file for your TV box
- Copy the .dtb file to the root of the microSD card and rename it dtb.img
- Safely remove microSD and re-insert
- Ignore/close the Windows dialogs to format the inserted microSD card
Booting to EmuElec for the First Time
- With an unfolded paperclip, press the reset button hidden inside the 3.5mm AV port
- While holding the reset button, plug the power adapter into the Android TV box
- You should see the EmuElec splash screen
- Setup Your Controller
- Game
